Board & Stockholder Meetings
The Board of Directors consists of 7 stockholders who are voted into office and shall serve for a period of 3 years. Only stockholders in good standing and who are not delinquent in the payment of dues and debts shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
Board meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:30 pm in the conference room. Everyone is welcome. Stockholder meetings are held annually on the last Tuesday in January.
